CDOC: Telehealth Made Easier

Osler Medical Group has made scheduling telehealth much easier by adapting a one-click method to access your appointment. Here's what to do:

  1. Call the medical practice to request a telehealth appointment.
  2. Pay copay if needed.
  3. You will receive a link shortly before the appointment through text or email (based upon your preference).
  4. After your web browser opens the waiting room page, accept the permissions to use your device's camera and microphone for the appointment.
  5. Leave this page open until your provider is available to start the session

How to improve your session

There are a few things you can do to improve your experience with the telehealth session:

  • Connect to your wi-fi if you do not have a strong cellular signal.
  • Close any other programs that are using the camera and microphone.
  • Make sure your browser is the most updated version.
